Our Promise to You

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.  

    Return Window: You may return most items within [number] days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or a copy of your purchase receipt.

    Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.   

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
